Scott Thach
Vice President of Strategic Development
As Vice President of Strategic Development, Scott Thach oversees the Alliance’s external corporate, philanthropic and individual relationships, as well as the development of new programs, initiatives and fundraising efforts that support the efficiency goals of the Alliance and its members.
Scott joined the Alliance in 2011. He previously served as Vice President of Education, responsible for the development and implementation of the Alliance’s K12, campus and consumer outreach programs, and the cultivation of new funder partnerships.
Prior to joining the Alliance, Scott worked in K12 education, children’s literature and television development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Pomona College and a master’s degree in Education from Cal State Northridge.

Jennifer Alldredge
Education Program Manager
Jennifer Alldredge started working with the Alliance in May 2009 as a Local Project Leader and joined as staff in 2010. She works with a variety of PowerSave Schools programs, education and training students and adults in energy efficiency practices while helping schools save money. Additionally, she works on the Energy Hog national program. Jennifer also works as Education and Outreach coordinator for a home weatherization program in Knoxville (KEEM). Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in various forms of education including counseling, performance and teaching in Grades Pre-K to 12. She is a LEED Green Associate and GreenFaith Fellow.

Allison Miller
Manager, Education
Allison Miller joined the Alliance in August 2018 and assists teachers and school districts with implementing the PowerSave Schools program throughout the state of California. Prior to managing California’s PowerSave Schools, she taught middle school mathematics in New Orleans where she distinguished herself as an innovator of new blended learning models, practices, and strategies. Dissatisfied with traditional classroom teaching models, Allison created her own highly engaging, scaffolded, and student-driven curriculum which challenged students to direct their own learning and critically engage with the content. She is passionate about facilitating a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, curiosity, and action.
Allison has an MA in African American studies from UCLA and a BA in History/American studies from Grinnell College. Her work is driven by a commitment to social justice and sustainability.

Jamie Rottura
Associate, Education
Jamie Rottura joined the Alliance in March 2018. Her role within the Alliance allows her to work with students, teachers and administrators in New Jersey to implement energy conservation initiatives and promote a culture of sustainability within their schools.
Her past experience ranges from community education about fire safety and leading stewardship projects to lecturing in undergraduate courses, teaching summer camp for elementary-aged students and presenting about various environmental topics at local and national conferences and workshops.
Jamie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Sociology, a B.A. in Anthropology, a minor in History and an M.Ed. in Environmental Education.

Audrey Christopher
Local Project Leader
Local Project Leader
Audrey Christopher joined the Alliance in December 2019. She works with a variety of PowerSave Schools programs, educating and training students and adults on energy efficiency practices, while helping schools save money. Prior to joining the Alliance, Audrey worked for the Department of Agriculture and would frequently guest lecture for university courses and STEM classrooms. She holds a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Global Stability from Colorado State University.
