Making an Outreach Video
How to Get Started
Congratulations on deciding to create an energy saving video. To get started making sure you have the equipment you need to film and upload your video.
Messaging
The message of your video needs to be clear and engaging. How can people save energy and why should they care? Make sure your video has a clear action that people who watch the video can take to save energy.
Media Release Forms
All videos must have a signed media release form for each student in the video. Videos of students with out media release forms are not eligible to participate. Media release forms can be downloaded here.
Judging
Videos will be judged by Lockheed Martin staff who use a 10 point scoring rubric based on the following three categories:

Submitting Your Video
Final videos can be uploaded to Youtube or School Tube. Once the upload is complete, send a link to your video along with a copy of all student Media Release forms to astainthorp@ase.org.
All submissions will receive an e-mail confirmation with in 24 hours.
